Return Process

  Log into your Flashback account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; our team will process your refund within 5 business days of arrival.
